Giants interested in DJ Lemahieu, as well as looking at trading Joe Panik.

All things considered, I'd rather stick with Panik.

Lemahieu's an offensive and defensive upgrade but I don't know if he's a big enough upgrade to be worth however much he's going to end up signing for when we already have Panik for $3.8 million and can probably keep him next year for ~$6 millionish.

LeMahieu vs. Panik on the road over the last three years: https://www.fangraphs.com/leaders.as...ers=9874,11936

Basically the same damn hitter once you remove Coors Field from the equation. They both have exactly 20 HR's on the road over this time period despite Panik having 200 less AB's.

Don't forget that Panik's road games include games at Coors where he's hit .407/.437/.576 in 127 PAs.

Yankees sign Lemehieu for 2/$24 million. Give me Panik any day if that's the other option.
