That is of course not the truth. Single mothers stealing diapers and formula are not the drivers of increased shoplifting. Does she really think New York’s progressive DAs and judges would even prosecute such a case? No, they’d steer the woman to any one of the dozens of government programs intended to help poor parents — the WIC supplemental nutrition program, SNAP, food assistance, and that’s just the federal programs.

No, many of these cases are mass shopliftings, people who grab armfuls of popular goods to sell on the street and turn a black-market profit. The arrests she complained about were for $1,800 worth of household goods.

AOC Gets Caught Gaslighting About New York’s Rising Violent Crime

On Monday, at least 17 more people were shot in New York. Five of them were shot by drive-by shooters in Davell’s neighborhood alone.

Year-to-date, New York City has seen a 53.5% increase in shooting incidents, a 63% increase in shooting victims, and a 27% increase in murders.

Davell Gardner, age 1, was shot by unknown assailants on Sunday while sitting in his stroller at a neighborhood barbecue in Brooklyn. He later died of his wounds. Three other people at the barbecue were also shot by the assailants.

That same day, two other children, ages 12 and 15, were shot in Brooklyn and Harlem. They were among 64 people shot in New York City this weekend.

New York recorded 528 shootings from the beginning of the year to the end of last month. Year-to-date, New York City has seen a 53.5% increase in shooting incidents, a 63% increase in shooting victims, and a 27% increase in murders. Burglary has also increased 45% and theft of automobiles is up 61%.

This spike in violent crimes follows months of anti-police protests and riots, as well as New York City’s decision to disband the New York City Police Department Anti-Crime Unit.

He says to me, "Rose(his wife), got a little CRAZY the other night!!! I told him, I hope you knocked her teeth out!

To make a longer story short, Rose tried later to run him over with her car and then killed him with a gun about 6 weeks later.

She was nuts. When she killed Dick, she got away and was caught by the cops a few days later. In the meantime, she actually called our office and asked if this other friend was there. She wanted to KILL HIM also(he was Dick's best friend). DIcks' daughter actually witnessed the murder. People had talked to Dick before all this crap went down and told him that she was nuts but he was in "LOVE" with her. AMazing thing.
