    False equivalency. As I said:

Talk about being ****ing tone deaf.
    Nice try though.

Nah, it’s a direct equivalency. Hating the Hollywood Liberal elites and than going to a costly event wearing a costly dress just to hob knob with all the celebrities Trump supporters despise is the exact same thing.

But we didn’t get worked up about it because we were busy following actual news.

Why not go back to the pre-1970 levels? I don't think too many millionaires were crying about destitution back then.

Yes, of course, they paid more because they have more, but it is in portion to what the average American paids? Also, many Americans are working for their money instead of their money working for them so that is extra income that most Americans don't enjoy. How should that be tax?

Please don't push that they create jobs. Yeah, after outsourcing our high-paying factory jobs. McDonald's mass hiring gets the front page in Chicago. And considering the major jobs, employers are low-wage jobs, yeah, yes not go there.

If the country was in good shape, I wouldn't be pushing for a wealth tax.

The problem is not a lack of revenue to the treasury. The problem is that congress is addicted to spending money they don't have. Cut the pork from the bills that are sent to the president for his signature. That will help cut the deficit.

Mitt Romney attended the Met Gala in the past. I didn't even know that until a few days ago, because no one gave a ****.

Because Mitt Romney's entire political career wasn't centered him around calling rich people an evil drain on society.

Not like she went there and wore some sort of message against such opulence or anything.

I'm almost certain you can live a fulfilling life without attending the met gala.
