Dark money is buying influence. I think that is fairly clear.

They are also in all likelihood contributing to candidates that they cannot vote for. I don't like this at all.

Also a good portion of the members of all these groups may not want their $$$$ going to Biden/Trump.

And they generally support and influence incumbents looking to hold onto their power. This pretty well assures that their interests are protected. Now, how would we relate this to someone like Maxine Waters, who you feel doesn't meaningfully represent her district? This isn't rocket science.
