    Classic American jurisprudence.

Wait a few months until the sensationalist media and the morons who slurp up their bile forget all about it and dismiss the charges under cover of darkness.

are we really going over this again. she then spent years coming up with different excuses.

she also said about this past election that Biden should not conceded under any circumstances.

still doesn't change that she said not to be civil with the other side, which deserves to be criticized.

this is the type of violent rhetoric that should not be allowed. this type of violent rhetoric is what lead Republican Steve Scalise to be shot, which is why he was upset about this in 2020.

"We take an oath to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. And sadly, the domestic enemies to our voting system and our honoring of the Constitution are right at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue with their allies in the Congress of the United States."
she didn't stop, using the same rhetoric recently.

Nancy Pelosi: "The enemy is within" the House of Representatives
    January 29, 2021 /

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Thursday that House members can pay for additional security measures with their congressional allowances, and said the House would likely need to pass additional funding for member safety because "the enemy is within the House of Representatives."

"It shouldn't be that not only is the president of the United States inciting an insurrection, but keeps fanning the flame endangering the security of members of Congress, to the point that they're even concerned about members in the House of Representatives being a danger to them," she said.

Asked what she meant by "the enemy is within," the California Democrat said, "It means that we have members of Congress who want to bring guns on the floor and have threatened violence on other members of Congress."
because Republicans with guns for protection (based on Republicans and Democrats getting death threats) would certainly mean these Republicans are going to shoot the Democrats.

Senator Ted Cruz Asks House Impeachment Managers if VP Kamala Harris Incited BLM Riots
Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) submitted a question to the House Impeachment Managers on the Senate’s 4th day of Impeachment hearings asking if Kamala Harris’ language used in 2020 during Black Lives Matter riots would be considered incitement of violence under the same standards President Trump is being charged with now.

Senator Cruz’s question stated that, “while violent riots were raging, Kamala Harris said on national TV, ‘They’re not gonna let up, and they should not, and she also raised money to bail out violent rioters.”

Cruz’s question continued, “Using the manager’s proposed standard, is there any coherent way for Donald Trump’s words to be incitement and Kamala Harris’s words not to be incitement?”

this piece in pushing back on what Ted Cruz only proves the point.

    https://americanindependent.com/fox-...-lives-matter/

Cruz claimed that in the summer of 2020, while "cities were burning, while police cars were being firebombed, while police officers were being murdered all across the country," Harris appeared on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and "said these riots will continue and they should continue."

"She urged the violence to continue," Cruz said.

Fox News host Shannon Bream stopped Cruz as he was speaking to point out that he was not telling the truth.

"Encouraging protests is different than encouraging violence, so I think we need to be careful in how we describe her words," Bream said.

Cruz immediately changed his tune and said neither what Harris had said nor what Trump said to his followers on Jan. 6 "incitement."

the double standard is Trump must have been inciting violence (despite words of protest and peace) where as Kamala Harris only meant protest and not for anyone to riot or be violent.

Of the two, whose rhetoric directly inspired a violent terrorist anti-American democracy insurrection and assault?

    Oh. End of discussion then.

As someone who insecurely pretends they don't blindly worship terrorist bigoted corrupt liar Trump, you sure do love to tell us that you actually do with every post you make.

Harris' rhetoric and words nowhere approach Trump lol. The dude held a rally and instructed his followers to stop the election. You're out of your mind.

Harris: Protest and yeah riot (this is not good, btw)
Trump : Protest and STOP THE FAKE ELECTION ILLEGAL BAD ESCPECIALLY ON A CERTAIN DATE WHERE A TERROIST ATTACK TOOK PLACE (see the difference?)

Sit back and watch a Clay Travis or Tucker Carlson clips of lies or fake news to calm down. When you feel up for it, if America's political direction upsets you, you can try voting.

Kinda ironic that your disdain for minorities and immigration resulted in your inability to actually come to the US and support the gross policies you want in place. Trump's demonization of even legal immigration must have been a hard pill to swallow for someone who has this obsessive fetish of the politics of a country they have zero connection to.

Here's a hint my bigot/terrorist supporting friend: if every response to a post you make dismantles you, it's possible your post was dumb. (read: every post you make)

this verbal diarrhea from you is pathetic, but comical.

directly inspired a violent terrorist anti-American democracy insurrection and assault.. according to, criminals. yeah lets give them credibility, man you're hooked in what you were told to believe. totally wasn't their fault, Trump told them to do it, apparently.. except for the fact that he didn't.

that NYT piece continues to be accurate, some anti Trump people are dumb and filter out information that contradicts what they would rather believe.

So you think they’d have gone to the Capitol and stormed it on the 6th even if Trump had never said the election was stolen by massive voter fraud?

doesn't eliminate what Trump actually said. Trump wanted one thing, they did something else. blame them, hold them accountable, not push blame onto someone else.

So we agree none of this would have happened had Trump not opened his mouth.

we can go over many comparable examples that one could make. like "X" would not have been shot by police had "X" not done something first in whatever the situation was whether the shooting was justified or more often not.

this is a weak deflection from what Trump said, which should be the determining factor.
