this wasn't even relevant to stories I've posted about headlines more about a method of protesting rather than why. the article mentions why (which I read to know), but that is something significant and should be the headline.
I did read the whole article and both you and the journalist writing the article seriously bend what the author says in order to present misleading statements about what the author actually said. He says that in situations where there are conflicting accounts he provides the stories from those accounts and people can judge for themselves.

I imagine itís challenging for an author to get the truth out of an administration that has lied more than any other in history but here he talks about where he can he corroborates stories and does research and where he canít he presents both sides. Thatís about the best you can hope for and is more accurate and truthful than anything you get out of the Trump propaganda machine

    Lol okay Saul Goodman.

Video footage and witness accounts directly contradict your claims.

But you keep working those bankruptcy cases, thinking you're anymore qualified to speak on criminal law than anyone else.

No they aren't. Him illegally having a gun is not what caused the situation to escalate. Him being out past curfew is not what caused the situation to escalate.

He put out a fire, in a rolling dumpster and the rioters didn't appreciate it. So, they chased him, beat him and tried to take his rifle.

Chasing is the escalation, as the "lawyer" up there said you have to de-escalate the situation, running AWAY does that, anyone without bias on a jury of his peers will agree to that. Trying to tackle and grab the kids gun is further escalation and causing the physical engagement. That is what led to the first guy being shot, multiple times.

The kid doesn't have to let the guy take his gun and use it against him. Easy to think he reasonably perceived great bodily harm was coming his way, again to someone without bias on a jury of his peers.

You sure about that? If heís not there the incident doesnít happen. If he doesnít have a gun (which he shouldnít, itís illegal for him to have it) the incident doesnít escalate to a shooting and nobody dies. No first shooting and heís not chased for it and no second or third shooting. Someone without bias has to take this into consideration, thatís not you.

If the people he shot weren't out past curfew, they aren't there, they don't get shot. If they aren't illegally destroying property and mad when someone stops them, they don't get shot.

Idc about your incorrect liberal bias.

Richard McGinnis eye witness accounts dispels all your poor grammar word salad.

"McGinnis saw a male (Rosenbaum ) initially try to engage the defendant. McGinnis stated that as the defendant was walking Rosenbaum was trying to get closer to the defendant. When Rosenbaum advanced, the defendant did a juke move and started running. McGinnis stated that there were other people that were moving very quickly. McGinnis stated that they were moving towards the defendant. McGinnis said that according to what he saw the defendant was trying to evade these individuals. McGinnis described the point where the defendant had reached the car. McGinnis described that the defendant had the gun in a low ready position. Meaning that he had the gun raised but pointed downward. The butt of the gun would have been at an angle downwards from the shoulder. McGinnis was behind and slightly to the right of Rosenbaum, in the line of fire, when the defendant shot. McGinnis stated that the first round went into the ground and when the second shot went off, the defendant actually had the gun aimed at Rosenbaum. McGinnis stated he did not hear the two exchange any words. McGinnis said that the unarmed guy (Rosenbaum) was trying to get the defendant's gun. McGinnis demonstrated by extending both of his hands in a quick grabbing motion and did that as a visual on how Rosenbaumtried to reach for the defendant's gun. Detective Cepress indicates that he asked McGinnis if Rosenbaum had his hands on the gun when the defendant shot. McGinnis said that he definitely made a motion that he was trying to grab the barrel of the gun. McGinnis stated that the defendant pulled it away and then raised it. McGinnis stated that right as they came together, the defendant fired. McGinnis said that when Rosenbaum was shot, he had leaned in (towards the defendant)."

Get owned kid, you're literally clueless.

So by that witness account no illegal gun, no incident. You can post anything you want but it doesnít change that if heís not there illegally carrying a weapon then nobody gets killed. Thatís 100% his responsibility. Did your parents raise you to always blame others for your problems and not accept responsibility for your actions?

By that eye witness account, dude is justified in using force to protect himself, by the letter of Wisconsin law.
