I can now admit that I was wrong about Donte being a bad choice for the Bucks... But still, I believe that CHANDLER HUTCHINSON that the Bulls picked at No22 and was my choice, will prove soon to be the REAL STEAL out of this season's draft...
Donte hasn't been a surprise for me only, but to many other "basketball experts" too...

Which means that the FO office mistake to let the peak leak and thus missing the opportunity to have the 19th and the 30th pick instead, by trading the 17th pick with the Hawks, could have ended for the Bucks to have picked both Hutchinson at no19 and Donte at no 30... Which would then mean that the Bucks could have ended up with being the team that has the most promissing (near) future in the NBA...

Imagine, just imagine if we could have both Hutchinson and Donte next to Giannis guaranteed for our future... a fearful roster core!

The puzzle for the coaching stuff this season, will be: "who takes Brogdon's role in the roster?"

I can't see another than Sterling or Donte taking that role... Surely there may be Matthews or Hill that starts at first after the season beggins, but the Bucks can't count on Matthews or Hill for their future...

It therefore should end up to a very beneficial "internal competition" for both Donte and Sterling...

One thing that surely should concern fans, is Donte's last season's injury... Having "Bruisitis" is usual among athletes, it happens often, may keep them out for a few days, or up to a week, but never causes a season ending decision to be taken...

I was surprised with Donte declared injured by Jan this season, therefore I ended up talking with a sports medicine at what "bilateral heel bruisitis" is... It turns out that is much more serious than the word "bruisitis" suggests... "bilateral heel bruisitis" means that Donte had bruises on both sides of his heel, where his achilles tendon joins with the bone which we call heel... It practically means that his achilles tendon was stressed only a step before it could tear...

    https://www.nba.com/bucks/news/medic...nte-divincenzo

"Under the supervision of team physician Dr. William Raasch, Milwaukee Bucks guard Donte DiVincenzo will undergo a biologic injection at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin to help address the bilateral heel bursitis that has forced him to miss 28 games this season.

The recovery period following the injection will keep DiVincenzo out for the remainder of the regular season and playoffs
