If you're actively trying to lose (which I don't know if the O's are doing that, but if they are...) I don't see much of an issue with this. Hard to do any better at losing than running the statistical WOAT out there every day.

His 26 wRC+ is currently the second worst ever in a single season (500 PA). Jim Levy (career -8.2 fWAR and the holder of the worst fWAR season ever currently had a 23.

    Davis is coming for ya!

    Current projection - 4.7 fWAR

In 2015, he was given an exemption for Vyvanse instead of Adderral. I don't think anyone knows anything currently. Some on the Orioles board were speculating this huge drop-off being the after-effects of using meds like that for years.

I donít know about this Jayson Heyward guy but you should take a look at what Jason Heyward has been doing Post-DL stint in the last 3 weeks.

dude..... they made him switch to vyvanse? i can speak from experience, which included a period of adderall abuse followed by a year where i was prescribed vyvanse because it didn't give the high that adderall does - that it absolutely could be the reason.

That is an awful contract. I can't believe he has that much time and money left. Speaking of bad players, I found this interesting article on the worst hitter in MLB history. He had a career -15 war.
