Exactly. Worst part of that deal is it does not even clear cap space LOL.

If ur taking on #4 u better basically clear all of parsons contract. Not give then another overpaid Iffy player back.

The thing is I still think the Griz either want to clear Parsons (so they can make a run in FA) or add a stud (i have sugested Derozan or Hayward as options)

Just seems like a fan wanting Kawhi and referring to that Windhorst speculation recently.

I want him, but I don't think he'd want to re-sign here and other teams could beat any offer we make pretty easily IMO.

Likely false. It only quotes ďESPN 1000Ē not a specific reporter.

I donít even want to trade for Leonard. This would be great in a sense, but still leaves us hoping we can find one more player to fit alongside Leonard. Sure, Markkanen is likely to be a franchise player if he progresses this coming season, but is that enough to justify trying to get back into a win-now mode? I donít think it does as crazy as it might sound. Iíd rather gamble with one or two lottery picks this year plus Markkanen, LaVine, Dunn and the lottery pick(s) this year and then in two years see who we could attract in FA or land in a trade.

I donít buy that this was serious other than the Bulls doing its due diligence.

Honestly, does anyone see Leonard signing an extension in Chicago? I don't, pass.

Yeah I don't see it either. The only way I think he would possibly stay is if the Bulls lured LeBron here as well this summer if they trade for Leonard. Both scenarios are very unlikely anyways. It would make sense that it's a big market and you get to stay out of the west with GSW and Hou, but like I said no chance it happens.

No, as much as I like Kawhi, he seems to have his heart set on LA. I wouldn't trade for him either without assurances that he'd re-sign and he has no reason to do that unless it's where he wants to be.
