    Code:
                                Romano Stratton
                                7 Starts 8
                                2 Wins 3

                                1.30 WHIP 1.30 (spooky!)
                                36.1 IP 43.0
                                26 K's 40
                                17 BB's 20

    Scouting Report:
Reds: Romano’s last start was everything he could wish for with the exception of a win. Pitching six innings, he surrendered only one run on four hits while striking out a season high seven batters. This will be Romano’s first time facing the Giants.

Giants: Stratton has tailed off considerably after a strong start, posting a 10.50 ERA in his last three outings. He is coming off a loss to the Phillies in which he gave up five earned runs in 4 2/3 innings. He struck out seven but walked four.

    Game 2: Tuesday, May 15th @ 7:15 PM

    VS.
    Tyler Mahle......Ty Blach
    Code:
                                Mahle Blach
                                8 Starts 9
                                3 Wins 3
                                4 Losses 4

                                1.26 WHIP 1.42
                                44.1 IP 49.1

                                15 BB's 16

    Scouting Report:
Reds: Mahle held the Dodgers to just an unearned run in five innings on Thursday. The rookie right-hander has allowed three or fewer runs in each of his last five starts, lowering his ERA from 5.62 to 3.86 in that span.

Giants: Blach has been the Giants' most effective starter with Madison Bumgarner and Johnny Cueto out, but he took the loss in his last start, allowing five earned runs in 4 1/3 innings. Prior to that, Blach posted a 2.92 ERA over four starts.

    Game 3: Wednesday, May 16th @ 12:45 PM

    VS.
    Matt Harvey..........Andrew Suarez

    Code:
                                Harvey Suarez
                                5 Starts 4
                                0 Wins 1
                                2 Losses 2
                                7.29 ERA 4.57
                                1.48 WHIP 1.20
                                21.0 IP 21.2
                                22 K's 23
                                9 BB's 4

    Scouting Report:
Reds: Harvey's first start with the Reds was more than anyone could have hoped for as he went four innings, throwing 55 pitches, giving up only one hit and striking out two. Harvey has faced the Giants three times in his career, the last time in 2015.

Giants: Suarez lasted just four innings against the Pirates in his previous start, the fourth of his Major League career, allowing a pair of two-run homers and five earned runs. Overall, he has struck out 23 and walked four in 21 2/3 innings.

3 in a row. We officially have a winning streak.

Oh and Dodgers lost game 1 to Marlins, so there's that.

When, and a big IF Melancon returns in the coming weeks... Giants cant seriously put him back in closers role? Strick has done great there.

After the WS disappointment, and the bad start to the season, it's pretty much dead there this year, though could say same with PSD in general. Only thing that fires them up now is the return of that Filimina gal that argues about anything with everyone. (Or did someone get The Lead out?)

Anyhow two wins (so far) over a team that we should sweep. Offense scoring again after leaving PA, and Belt looking more and more like the guy we hoped him to be all these years. Hitting with confidence and authority, and on course for a career year. (Barring him sticking his noggin in front of another pitch!)

We have a lot of fans here who don't like the Dodgers and I can understand this. For me, it's the Reds. Any time we can take out this club is sweet to me. A long standing dislike.

Hmm... strange. For me it's the Red Sox, can't stand 'em, nor any Boston teams. Growing up in CT all you heard about was Sox and Yanks, and Sox fans put the capital 'O' in Obnoxious.
