    Pacers have Oladipo at SG
Lakers are going to shoot for the moon, not Zach Lavine
    Sixers don't seem very likely
Kings have Hield and Bogdanovic already so I doubt they dish out a max on another score 1st SG.
Atlanta seem the most likely and it's actually not a bad fit. That's our biggest threat

Not really interested. Tweener who seems injury prone. Likely overpaid as well.

Seems accurate outside of the "top overall defender" part. Being an average/good perimeter defender and an average/good interior defender does not make you the best defensive player in the league.

i.e. the sum =/= its parts

I like Jabari but to have two players, JABARI AND LAVINE coming off knee injuries at close to max deal is a huuuuuuge risk. This could put us back 4-5 years. We have to play it safe. At least if we draft PORTER, he won't cost the Bulls 20 million per season.

18 million range would have to be the max. It just can't me more than Jimmy Butler.

When Jimmy gets his new deal itís going to be for a ton more than 18 mil per.

Not looking for a major signing this summer, they wouldn't have taken on Asik's contract if that was the plan. Guys like Danny Green, KCP, Rodney Hood if LBJ comes back (CLE caps situation will be ridiculous). Wouldn't mind Brook Lopez at all either in a sign and trade. Going back and forth on Jabari, clearly talented, best use at PF where we have Markannen. Some of these guys will get less than expected, with teams still clearing cap for 2019. What the over/under for a 34 yr old free agent Carmelo?

What do people think about this potential lineup

    Dunn
    Lavine (resign)
    Porter (draft)
    Mark
    Deandre Jordan

would that make us competitive of would we want to hold off and look for a better center???

I don't hate the lineup but I hate the salary implications for a super limited offensive center.
