While they are bottom dwellers in the league, its still nice to see them piece together wins like this. They are however going to need to start beating upper echilon teams for me to think this team is a playoff caliber team though. My expectations still haven't changed, I still have them between 78-80 wins.

While my expectations are somewhat tempered this offense will be much better than it has produced which is a good sign

Harry, I grew up with the phillies and learned the game by your voice. You will always be missed but never forgotten. Though you are no longer with us, you'll never be "outta here" in our hearts!

Do the Phillies not know their own history? The blue uniforms were for away games.

    Arrieta was dealing tonight!!

The powder blue jerseys are my favorite! I wish the Phillies would wear them more often.

Those uni's are absolutely on fire. Arrieta was great too, best I've seen him in awhile. Guy had great movement tonight.

Good sign too me is our pitching. Super solid!
But yeah, the bats are coming alive, and mostly with 2 outs.

We have #3 pick in the draft. I hope we draft a college pitcher.

I want Mize, Singer, or McClanahan in that order.

Same here. They take a college bat and he could maybe be up by next summer. If not then 2020 no doubt.

Thatíd be a heck of a good staff. Mize has really impressed too

Pivetta has been pitching very well. He's earned his spot.

I'm guessing he'll be out another few weeks if not another month but I haven't heard any update with him. Lively would definitely be the odd man out right now since Pivetta has pitched so well. It definitely isn't a bad thing to have a good depth piece in Lively with the amount of injury that will most likely occur.

Yeah no way Pivetta goes anywhere unless he starts flopping. Dude's been one of the best pitchers in baseball so far (small sample size, but it's still true). Lively probably goes down and is the 6th guy.
