wowzers. Well excited about the rotation for sure. Don't like the years, but if it's 6/126 with some sort of incentives in the later years depending on innings to give a shot at 150 then I can understand it. Will be interesting to see contract terms.

126 / 6 years. Dont like the 6th year but kept it to 21 AAV.

Basically got Cueto money but no opt out, which is pretty fair and not entirely scary.

Interesting tweet from Heyman that the Dodgers were in until the end

Thatís a pretty good number AAV wise IMO.

Curious to see if itís 6 years guaranteed or if it includes option years and whatís the incentives.

Our rotation is PRETTY good looking now:

    Darvish
    Lester
    Hendricks
    Quintana
    Chatwood

I still expect Hendricks and Q to be our best pitchers this year but honestly any way you arrange it is fine.

Going into the offseason I thought he was gna get at least 6/150 and I still wanted him, I thought bc of the big delay we could get a discount...we ended up w a slight discount which is cool w me. R team is stacked top to bottom now, should be a lot of fun.

Not crazy about the years but honestly thought he'd get more annually. Nice.

Just as the insiders were guessing higher AAVs with fewer years for FAs, Cubs get it done doing the opposite.
Top 4 in rotation, all high ceilings, very high floors. Pretty nice to have in the current MLB.
