Great hire! Anyone from the Andy Reid branch will be a smart and creative head coach. They’re raving about him on ESPN.

I am a fan. Now hire Defillipo as our OC. That's the dream.

Agreed. How can you not like it? Promising, young offensive minded head coach candidate. Every hire is a roll of the dice and I think this was definitely one of the guys to do that with.

Flip became 1A for me, and Nagy 1B. I'm excited to see how this turns out. Among other things, Pace must have loved the fact the Nagy loved Mitch last year and apparently stayed in contact with him throughout this year.

I love to see Nagy/HC, Flip/OC, Fangio DC, I can see keeping Fangio but I'm not sure the Bears will be able to get Flip.

The Bears “fans” on Twitter disgust me, or they just don’t know anything about coaching other than the big popular names who weren’t gonna be available anyways.

Good hire for the Bears. Hopefully he can help Mitch elevate his game for next season.

If we can keep Vic as DC and somehow manage to get Flip as our new OC, i will be very pleased on the job Pace has done so far this offseason. Now FA and the draft is gonna be the key for sure

I know very little about him I was interested in bringing back Toub but it seems like this is getting a lot of positive feedback so should be interesting could do a lot worse than that coaching tree offensively.

    Concern.

Fangio, will he stay? He is prob. my biggest focus in my eyes as we almost got us another Ron Rivera I would hate to see him walk now.
