To add:
Last year we had a draft to pick the teams, along with contraction of 4 teams. The goal is to do the same thing this year as well. The 4 contracted teams will be the 4 teams not picked in the draft, star players well become free agents, all free agents from that team will hit the market, remaining players will be put into the draft pool like last year.
