For Discussion: What if Matt LaFleur has been the OC after Shanahan left in 2016?
I think one of the beginnings of the downfall of Dan Quinn’s was not securing Matt LaFleur as Offensive Coordinator after Kyle Shanahan left for the HC job at SF after the 2016 season. I know it is a huge what-if, but I believe the offense under Matt would have been better for the team then Sark and would have been similar to Kyle’s.fedloan irs.gov easybib

Since Matt Ryan was drafted in 2008 he has had 4* (5 if it means Dirk changed his offense since the 2012-2014 season) Offensive Coordinators. If things keep going the same for the Falcons, there will be another new OC next season and another playbook to learn. Consistence for this team has been a large problem.
