    Is Rodon,Anderson, Giolitto and Rutherford enough?? I would do this deal,with the above stipulations.

    Rodon/Anderson/Rutherford + one of the lower level guys (maybe) if he signs extension.

    For a one year risk it deal, Rodon + lower level P and maybe OF (Avi)

    Makes no sense to break the bank on a deal in a rebuilding year without guarantees.

    It's said that he wants to play SS FULL-TIME in 2018, so Giolito and Fulmer makes sense. You only add Rutherford and Anderson to an expanded deal, say including Santander, if Machado wants to sign long-term.

    For a one year rental .....I don't give up any of our top 15 prospects....and certainly not Giolito . I'd just as soon pass on him.
