    I was off by 4 years - it happened in 1954.

    They certainly “stormed” the Capitol in 1954 to use your words. Five congressmen were injured by gunfire. And bullet holes are still visible inside the Capitol.

    Bombs also went off in the Capitol in 1915 and 1971.

    Got my second dose of Pfizer vaccine yesterday. Have some fatigue and aches today but nothing too terrible that Gatorade and Tylenol couldn’t cure.

    I encourage everyone here to get vaccinated as soon as it is made available to you. Best of luck to everyone - here’s to hoping for some normalcy in the not some distant future.

    My mom is 73 and is not eligible because only 75 and older can.
