Welcome to the Jimmy Garoppolo era

Wow, just wow. What will we use our top 3 pick on now is the question.
Would you rather have your local WNBA team win a championship this year, or find 5 dollars on the ground? 🤔

Barkley. There's no one else worthy of the pick. Perhaps trading down is what we will do and hold that draft pick for a ransom

Yes, another defensive lineman so we can go with a '46' defense with all the DL we drafted

So, you don't think we need a pure pass rusher on the edge? We getting alot of sacks?

Trade down has to be the hope, but if nobody is willing to pay to move up ... EDGE, OT, WR, RB, CB ... but value is going to be an issue.

In my opinion, edge rusher is the team's most pressing need. If we don't draft Barkley, there are some quality edge rushers to consider at the top of the draft or if we trade down a handful of spots. If we draft an edge early, I would move Armstead for a third round pick. The starting defensive line would look something like this: Key, Mitchell, Buckner, Thomas.

I'd take Key or Chubb or even Landry.

Clelin Ferrell is someone to keep an eye on in a trade down.

Even with the 1st pick in the draft?

Yes. If we have the 1st pick, my first option would be to trade down with a team offering a king's ransom to get ahead of Cleveland for a QB. If that option isn't there, Barkley and Key are my top choices with the pick.

I almost feel like Chubb could make his way into the conversation with Key as a rusher.

I honestly think Key is vastly overrated.

His film last year was phenomenal, hard to say if his injury+double teams have limited this year.
