Last three games all by 3 pts or less. Just can't hold out, but that's typical with young teams.

The 49ers are not getting much help from the refs this year.

    Yay?

There's truth in that. Especially against SEA and ARI. Should have beaten the Rams

Well ... as painful as it is ... I said before the season I hoped for 0-16 with all games within 7 and show regular development. Other than game 1 they are doing that.

Hoyer's accuracy is a problem, and the DBs are getting called for too much contact, and too many close but not quite there catches, but the DL certainly showed up in this game, the OL looked a little better again, and the offense in general made some small progress.

What is it going to take for these other 3 teams to win a game? The 49ers have been much closer to a win compared to the other winless teams.

Chargers and Giants will (should) get on track at some point. Browns will be the ones to watch.

Good news is that Cleveland plays LA Chargers, Jets and Titans. So those are at least winnable games.

Rookie mistakes... Kittle, Taylor... good learning games for them.

The refs had nothing to do with the outcome of this game, only to take away two TD's from AZ (in NY)...

Colts is probably the most winnable game on the schedule. Man the Rams look impressive, first year coach, first year system, and averaging 35/game with a 2nd year QB.

As for us, with Darnold's performance diminshing, I think there will be a QB to emerge, so it won't be critical to land the top pick. As long as they get the right franchise QB with their top 5 selection.
    LA Kings : Kovalchuk
    LA Lakers: Lebron James

The NY Giants are poorly coached. Their coach was responsible for the loss vs. Philly.

But they'll win. Chargers & Browns are pretty bad.

Jets aren't as bad as everyone thought.

Did we sign Hoyer to put Tank in full effect? His accuracy is awful.

Buckner flashed a lot. Thomas showed on some plays. Those two coming up the middle will be nasty down the road. Thomas needs a little seasoning. Loving Buckner though.

Buckner played fantastic. Thomas did more good things than bad (I only vividly remember a missed tackle or two).

I didn't notice Arik Armstead at all today, and he was credited with a QB hit and 0 tackles.

Lol are we really gonna keep hearing about the Rams? A team loaded with talent from the previous regime now has a capable coaching tandem. It's almost like 2011 when Jim Harbaugh/Vic Fangio arrived to a team built by Scot McCloughan and Trent Baalkes only really good draft.

So hey, congrats to the Rams, not sure why we aren't doing exactly the same. Hmm.

Nobody cares about losers, but they do care about winners. They're in first place, and they had the 5th pick in the draft this past year forfeited b/c of the Goff trade. A team loaded with talent? Goff was terrible last year, they have Gurley & Donald. That's about it. They lost most of their once dominant secondary to free agency. They drafted and traded for guys like Watkins, Woods, Cupp. The 49ers drafted and signed guys like Hoyer, Kittle, the FB.

Yes we will hear about the team that wins, not the one that loses. One team chose to win sooner than the other that's all.

If you don't care about losers why are you here? I'm sure they'd welcome you in the Rams forum ... or are you one of the "nobody" who cares about this LOSING 49ers team?

As fans, we care about wins and losses and we care about "our" team. I'm fairly sure you are the same.

That said, you keep bringing up left handed comparisons to the Rams and I don't think you are "scoring" anything with that.

Yeah, loaded with talent, as much as you're gonna try to dance around it. What big name free agents did we sign in 2011? Whither and Rogers? So you're logic is that a NFC championship team had no talent and was suddenly made good by a coach? Rams are the same way. A rookie QB was bad, whoop de doo. Todd Gurley, a stable OL, a loaded front 7. You literally cannot admit this kind of stuff. You just revel in rubbing this franchise in the dirt no matter how much you proclaim to hate seeing them lose.

By all means, jump ship. Because we don't need to hear about the Rams as your backhanded way to take a shot at people giving Shanny a break.
