I have a plan to fix it all.

Fire the coach whose unit is succeeding, and keep the coach whose unit is failing.

But the author of such a sad strategy should be given another swing?

Musgrave was fired for one reason only..... He left Carr in the game in a blowout and broke his leg. JDR should have stepped in.... but didn't and blamed Musgrave.

As far as Carr.... he will be fine. You have to remind yourself, he gets a new OC every year and in the last 15 games or so he has broke his leg and his back. He will bounce back. As for the coaches... not so much.

Is that the reason for the firing? Is that your opinion or fact? If that is true, I would think JDR would make that call, not Musgrave.

Raiders have signed former Broncos DE Shakir Soto to practice squad, team spokesman said. Assumes spot of C James Stone, who was promoted Wednesday to 53-man roster.
All aboard the Josey Jewell & Josh Jackson train.

Marshawn Lynch punished again for actions against an official.

This league gets more ticky tack by the minute.

I wonder if Hudson will play this week. Hopefully got that kidney stone taken care of.

JDR said calling up center James Stone yesterday was more a reflection of G/C Jon Feliciano's uncertain status rather than starter Rodney Hudson's.

The OC is the one who decides when to pull the QB? First time I've ever heard of that, and even if so it wasn't the reason. His contract had lapsed and they wanted to retain/promote Downing.

    Cap break down

    Offense: $95,686,007
    Defense: $59,530,348

Not saying do nothing for the offense. They will have to spend some money over there, but its about time they got the best player on this team some help. A DT that can push the pocket and DB's.

THREE RAIDERS COACHES THAT MIGHT BE SHOWN THE DOOR

Some interesting info on the WR coach Rob Moore in here. Makes you wonder if he is part of the problem with the WR's. Sounds like Watkins from Buffalo wasn't a fan and found Sanjay Lal a much better WR coach.

Let's hope MD and JDR read this article. It just befounds me that it's JDR's job to look at this...and does very little to address it. His press conferences suck....he tells you nothing.

#Raiders are signing OL Ian Silberman off the #Browns practice squad, source said, thanks to some injuries. He spent time on OAK’s P-squad.
