Also it's clear Midds is going to be back as he helped decide the head coach. He was pretty good in the playoffs. I agree Lopez helps keep GA minutes down at C but can sign an athletic backup big to take some minutes there. I am fine with bringing Lopez back but I just think he's gonna get more elsewhere. But he loves MKE so he may return.

I wouldn't be totally mad if we keep Lopez but his contract got to be short and sweet. We have to be truthful the guy is 35 and he was playing for a new contract. However if we do keep him we definitely need a young backup that can do what Lopez can't and that's transition basketball and switching defense

Yeah the Bucks can have a nice team still but sorely need some long athletic wing defenders in the Beauchamp mold. This team can't have the same players and Ingles etc. Need some defensive stalwarts...a guy like OMax from MU coming out in that mold as dude is likely a top 25 pick now after NBA Combine.
