Some people had to wait up to 7 hours due to machine failures and long lines. There were reports that people were still casting votes around 2am on the East Coast.
Prior to 11/1/19: if you were on my ignore list, I was sticking to ignoring you thanks to great advise.
From 11/1/19 on: I will no longer be responding to comments back to people on my ignore list.

Think long and hard about why you respond to nonsense. Please!

You really think Scott Walker is going to make voting difficult in Waukesha and Washington counties?

I live in a hilly, rural spot, and in 2016, I drove 15 minutes to my polling place, had to wait only about 10 minutes before the 5 minutes required to sign in and vote, and then I drove the 15 minutes back. My wife works in the other direction and voted after work, about 15 minutes added to her drive home. At least she had no wait, so it took her only 5 minutes to vote. 2 votes: 70 minutes; @1.3 gallons of gas ($4.50).

Worth it? Hard to say. I canít speak for her, but no national candidate I voted for, won. No state wins either, but I did get a couple of local scores ó they were uncontested!

Mike Huckabee has always been a joke. To think any voters thought he could or should be president is about the best argument I can think of for voter suppression. Sometimes people are just too ****ing stupid to be allowed to express their opinion outside the scrawlings written on the walls of the looney bin.

so do most progressive. Clinton is republican lite without the racism or gay bashing.
