SOIA does not care what others think of him, but I’ll pass on the message.

    payroll tax cut?
Your link is to Uncle Mitch talking about social security

not the topic at hand, but it's like most people, including politicians, seem to be caught off guard about the fact that baby boomers, our largest generation in history I believe, have been retiring in droves this past decade...taking out, no longer paying in
    gotta love 'referential' treatment

    “What are Payroll Taxes?

Put simply, payroll taxes are taxes paid on the wages and salaries of employees. These taxes are used to finance social insurance programs, such as Social Security and Medicare. According to recent Tax Foundation research, these social insurance taxes make up 23.05 percent of combined federal, state, and local government revenue – the second largest source of government revenue in the United States.

The largest of these social insurance taxes are the two federal payroll taxes, which show up as FICA and MEDFICA on your pay stub. The first is a 12.4 percent tax to fund Social Security, and the second is a 2.9 percent tax to fund Medicare, for a combined rate of 15.3 percent. Half of payroll taxes (7.65 percent) are remitted directly by employers, while the other half (7.65 percent) are taken out of workers’ paychecks.”

So....reporting him for trying to recruit posters/mods for his new forum from PSD? Sorry, I'm not sure if I'm following you.

AFAIK there's nothing against PSD'S rules when it comes to mentioning or linking to other forums (though it could certainly cause some hurt feelings). Though I am aware that this wasn't always the case.

PSD: where the moderators consistently cave to crybaby tattletales and it's a lot safer to be openly racist, hateful, and ignorant than to be a little rude to the racist, hateful, and ignorant

So Trump made an unscheduled visit to Walter Reed medical center.

Am sure his heel spurs were bothering him from too much golf.

As someone who runs his own sports game with its own forums, I can tell you it wouldn't be appreciated by me if someone linked a competing site on my forums. It's not a lot different from walking into a clothing store and telling customers they should shop at my clothing store.

In fact, years ago I put a link to my game site in my signature here thinking...there's no game here, why would they care? But I was told (not asked) to remove it because at the time there was some pick'em game here and I have one on mine.

I figured it was against the rules but I sort of just let it go.
Prior to 11/1/19: if you were on my ignore list, I was sticking to ignoring you thanks to great advise.
From 11/1/19 on: I will no longer be responding to comments back to people on my ignore list.

Someone should concrentrate more on our growing deficit under Trump then what the PSD is making. Besides no sports no forum activity, that shouldn't be hard to figure out...for some. Trump was on track to add more then a trilion dollars to the deficit, tax cuts to the rich and increasing the military budget, and that was before this pandemic hit. That is why some of these politicans don't want to give out more money to add the public. Might hit four trillion deficit in fiscal 2020 owing to an unprecedented effort to prop up the economy.

Maybe the more knowledgable posters can shoot my spitballing down.

I am sure glad we have Daffy Donald McDuck in the wheelhouse to guide us. The guy who had six bankruptices and couldn't make a casino profitable. I guess he will do what he is good for. Now he is going to take the US economy into the Mutha of All Bankrupticies.

It will be interesting to see how Biden right the ship, will he cut the military budget and repeal the tax cuts or will it be social services?
