Interesting revelation, albeit a very minor one.

Major league is one of my favorite flicks- Rene Russo, Tom Berringer are the couple
Bull Durham is also a favorite. Kevin Costner and Susan Sarandon are the couple

Tin Cup, Rene Russo and Kevin Costner are the couple. I just thought it was interesting that she ended up in two comedy, sports movies as the female, romantic lead.

For those younger posters, if you haven't seen "The Warriors", I highly recommend it. One of the coolest NYC films ever made. I think it's iconic

One gang stuck in the bronx, accused of murdering the leader of all the gangs, has to make their way all the way to Coney Island while being chase by rival gangs. The gangs are super creative and the basis for tons of modern movies.

This is a list of all the gangs

    https://www.mentalfloss.com/article/...tured-warriors

Each has a costumer type and fighting style. Choreography is very rough much of the time but there is some really good stuff and some very realistic sequences regarding the mayhem of a king fight.

It also has one of the most well know scenes. "warriors, come out and play"

I’d assume anyone that watches a lot of movies has seen it. Heck, my wife hardly likes anything, and I made her watch it, and she liked it

Any time it’s on, automatic watch, if I scroll by and catch it

    Top 10 movies…

    Pulp Fiction
    Terminator 2
    Die Hard
Godfather (I combine 1 and 2, to save a spot lol. Kind of consider them one long movie)
    Aliens
    Jaws
    Shawshank Redemption
    Matrix
    Goodfellas
    Apocalypse Now

Honorable mentions to Platoon, Silence of the Lambs, Almost famous, Fight Club, Jurassic Park, Rocky, Hoosiers. I’m sure I’ll think of more

I’d have to rewatch a few times, but honestly, Maverick was amazing

I saw it for the 1st time a few days ago and have watched it 2 more times. I loved the original Top Gun and thought a sequel would tarnish the original movie, I was wrong. Its honestly a top 10 movie for me now

I would add, The Usual Suspects, Basic and the Generals Daughter in my top 10

It was better than the original, which I’ve always loved. It’s almost unbelievable how they nailed the feel of the original, hit all the cheesy/nostalgia things, and also gave it a bit more of a developed plot, and ramped the action up several notches

I thought the same of Coming to America 2. Super fun and nailed all the original movie references

Oh, there’s a bunch of that I thought about adding. I kind of did it on the spot, it’s so hard to pick “what’s better”

First Blood, The Thing, the Professional were a few that just missed, and a bunch of others you just mentioned. It’s so tough to cut it down to 10. I should have also added Last of the Mohicans. You reminded me of that one, looking at some similar-ish stuff on your list

Alien vs. Aliens is tough. I just have to go with 2, it’s just badass. And one of the most tense movies ever. It’s pretty much white-knuckle the whole way through

I also think stuff like Hero, or Crouching Tiger deserves mention as well
