Just an FYI: I'm a big fan of Tapatalk for viewing PSD on my phone but it's been acting really wonky as of late. Of course, this is due to PSD's tech team being as close to non-existent as imaginable and has nothing to do with any issues with the Tapatalk app itself.

The issue I've been having as of the last week or two is that Tapatalk will just hang on a loading screen infinitely. The trick is to go in to the Tapatalk app settings and clear cache. Been trying to get PSD to get this fixed on their end but no dice so far.

    I never knew this.
The numbers 1-10 are all retired for the Yankees. No player can have a single digit number ever again. 10-20 is also getting low.

    8 Yogi Berra July 22nd, 1972

    23 Don Mattingly August 31st, 1997
    32 Elston Howard July 22nd, 1984*
    37 Casey Stengel August 8th, 1970
    42 Mariano Rivera September 22, 2013
    44 Reggie Jackson August 14th, 1993

    49 Ron Guidry August 23rd, 2003
    51 Bernie Williams May 24th, 2015

Rumor has it Frazier wanted #7 and wondered if it could be "un-retired", Not sure if it's true, but it has been repeated enough to make it lore at this point. He settled on # 77. Does that mean he's twice the player the Mick was? We can only hope he's 25%!

I think that the number 3 should be retired in all of baseball

If I remember Jason Giambi wanted 7 as well, but took 25 because 2+5 equals 7,, matter of fact I think he said that to his dad during his introduction press conference

This reminds me of when people unnecessarily stocked up on toilet paper, paper towels and disinfectant.

    People are...

The reality that is more scary is that if they can shut that down, they can certainly find a way to get electrical grids and water supplies. I think it's just a matter of time before we see some of that stuff.

That will make people completely lose it.

So 4 years ago today May 14 2017 Derek Jeter's #2 was retired by the YANKEES,I wanted to share two stories

1997 My buddy and I drove down to the Stadium from New Hampshire with our kids,it's 11-0 Yanks bottom of the eighth we're playing seattle 2 outs,Jeter hits a ball to short and Busts it to first and gets thrown out. My buddy Dan elbow's me and say's "you see that? We're up 11-0 and he's still hustling.

Second story,I have been blessed enough to see us win 7 world series, however out of all of them I was never so nervous as the year 2000 when we played the mets. IMO there was no doubt we are the better team but if we lose to them,it's almost like we never won any of the previous I'd seen. So mets win game 3 we're up 2 games to 1 in the series game 4 Jeter leads off and hit's the FIRST PITCH out of the ball park,I was never nervous after that,it was like he was saying "don't worry boy's I got this" Happy Anniversary Derek it was a privilege to watch you play

As for Jeter, that's how he played. Got to hand it to him.

As close as those games were, you weren't the only one nervous.
