PFF has hated Siemian from the get go. No surprise.

That makes me think PFF isn't that bad lol.

I don't know what to do with Siemian. If you look at his raw stats, they're not bad. Like Simms said today. If he was a second round pick and it was his first year starting, we'd all be impressed or at least content. The problem is that he's so limited physically that he won't get much better. Sure he'll get the pace of the game easier, and he'll hopefully learn how to read defenses, but those accuracy issues aren't really correctable. That inability to consistently hit the out route isn't correctable. I think we found a gem with him in the sense that he can be a high end backup.

One thing is for sure. The next coach will have to be all in on Lynch because we're fooling ourselves if we don't think that the qb issue wasn't one of the reasons Kubiak is walking away.

Simple, just hold onto him. I've seen enough from siemian to know you can build something off him. And if someone offers you a nice package in return...well take it. We have what...5 picks in the first 3 rounds? Can always add on a couple more.

It all depends on how Elway wants to approach this. Where does he want to go in terms of scheme. The way the roster is comprised right now...you would think he would take the most qualified zone specialist (Shanny Jr is super popular) and just keep the defensive talent the way it is.

Wade is not going to resign until we figure out who our HC is. Again, we can very well be looking at a complete overhaul. I'm hoping we keep Kollar (d-line coach), woods (DB coach), and Wade. Those are 3 talents you just need to find a way to keep.

We need to go with a defensive HC. Who will leave the offense alone and let the OC do his job. We need a hot OC who can get this offense going. TRADE siemien anything higher then a 7th round pick is a win to me. He is a back up QB at best in this league and we need to just move on with Lynch and a OC who will let Lynch play to his potential which was never going to happen with kubs anyway

Why is everyone saying trade Siemian? If he doesn't get any better, being a 7th rounder, he is someone I wouldn't feel terrible about if Lynch goes down with an injury.

Running back. Another position on offense I don't see the need to bring anyone in. Booker struggled but he has potential along with CJ. Unless Leonard Fournette is there for our first pick, which is doubtful, I don't want any change.

WR- figure out who that number 3 guy will be. You can always move Sanders to the slot. Taylor to me is the best out of Latimer, Fowler and everyone else honestly. But it's a position you need to draft probably day 3.

TE- going forward, I am a big fan of drafting this position day 2 with our first pick. There will be some real solid TE's day 2.

OL- we need to restart here. Sign the best available tackle. We have the money. Day 1 maybe to improve this. Cam Robinson I like. Ryan Ramcyzk not so much. He reminds me of Sambrailo to a T. If it wasn't for a weak class I wouldn't expect him to be first round material. So I am weary of him. D3 product that produced well in the big10 but had very very very good running backs.

DL- I prefer picking a d-linemen day 1. The crop is better than at OT. Malik McDowell from Michigan St. in my opinion would be a perfect compliment to Wolfe up front. You need a runstuffer as well probably using a comp pick.

Pretty satisfied with the rest of the defense. I do think our linebackers being a younger group will develop.

    1st round-DL
    2nd round-TE
    3rd round- OT
    Comp-run stuffer
    Comp-OL

I'm the opposite. I want an offensive minded HC with a decent offensive coordinator. Our defense is already good, and Elway will look at strengthening the defensive line this off season. This offense is a mess. We need to remember that Dennison sucks as a coordinator (Good o line coach though) and that play calling was....unconventional to say the least. No HC is going to have 3 different people calling plays for the offense during a game. Frankly, I think that was a big issue this year. It's hard for the offense to find a groove when 3 people are calling the game.

On The Fan this morning they were saying that they want a coach with experience, but I tend to believe that Elway has the opposite idea. Elway seems to interfere with the coaching more than other GM's. That's why Fox ran out of town, and I believe that had something to do with Kubiak stepping down (Although I truly believe he just doesn't want to be a HC anymore due to the stress). I think Elway would prefer to have a coach that won't mind him giving his "Input" on the team.

I'm riding the Kyle Shanahan train hard tbh. The guy runs the same system that we've seen Kubiak run the last 2 years....only much better. It's been completely updated and has a lot more wrinkles than Kubiak's. It's the system that is a staple of Broncos offenses through history, and the best part is that with his spin on the offense, he's eliminated the issue of red zone scoring.

He's also very good with young QB's. That fantastic rookie season by RGIII came because of what Shanahan was able to do. He completely blended and molded his offense to suit RGIII. This year he's helped Matt Ryan become a potential MVP award winner. The biggest knock on Shanahan is that he's always been on some really bad teams (Houston, Washington, and Cleveland). Atlanta is the first really good team he's ever coached for. Another big knock would be his last name. I know Elway doesn't like Mike Shanahan, but I'm not sure if that excludes his son from coming here.

Another intriguing option would be David Shaw. There's the Stanford connection between him and Elway too, so there's that.

That's basically the way I feel. And for the running backs, Booker has actually looked better the last 3 or so games. It seems like the game is starting to slow down for him and he was able to read the right hole, and cutback. He also was running with more power. I would not mind taking McCaffrey, but I think we'd use him more as a slot receiver.

McCaffery would need to slip to the second round for me.

I am with you on needing an offensive HC and hoping Wade hangs around and let him do his thing.

My hope is Jim Harbaugh. Sounds kind of crazy and will he leave Michigan? Who knows but he is an offensive coach and most importantly he is a guy with so much attitude and meanness he would challenge everyone more than Kubiak ever did.

Kyle is probably number 2 for me.
