It's the Lions. We're gonna make a late run to avoid both the playoffs and a top pick.

The defense just isn't good. We have glaring talent deficiencies on defense and the O line. If Quinn can fix those in the draft over the couple years, we'll be a contender.

By the time we fix the D, we'll need to add 3 new WRs, 3 new OL & a new RB.

WR we should just never draft again. We hit on Calvin Johnson and missed on everyone else. Finding them through FA and UDFA seems the best route. We are going to need 2 OL next year though, one to replace Laken Tomlinson and probably one to replace Riley Reiff unless Joe Dahl slides over to RT but we will need a backup in both cases.

Shooting from the hip I'd say our draft will go something like this:

    RD1- Best Safety available.
    RD2- Best LB available.
    RD3- Best DT available.
    RD4- Best RB available.
    RD5- Best QB available.
    RD6- Best DB available.
    RD7- Best OL available.

Not taking into account any comp picks or trade backs of course. Boldin and Roberts won't be with us next year probably, but I think one of the UDFA WR's (maybe even 2) will make the team next year. My money is on Jace Billingsley and Jay Lee while Quinshad Davis converts to TE.

You give this team too much credit.

This team is built to wow fans. We will go "BPA" and add to our offense.

So far, Quinn is building the team just like any other Boston sports club. We aren't at the point to go BPA yet and nothing from this draft suggests that he would next year either. He went entirely need based in his first draft and until I see otherwise, he should keep up with that model. BPA will come later down the line when we don't have so many glaring needs.
