unfortunately, we need to judge it as is. The clock is already ticking for Culver, but he will at least get his chance to show growth, which is all we can hope for. If he can just be a stable role player this year, and show signs of growth, good enough for me.

Totally agree. Trust me, I want to be wrong about Culver, meaning I want to be wrong that we kept him versus moving him for a more balanced roster. He looked lost last year, so he has nowhere to go but up.

Agreed on Culver, Hawk. Nowhere to go but up, last year I thought he would be an in-control point forward who would get to the line, play defense and facilitate. Turned out he couldn't shoot from the field or the line if he can just make his free throws and hit the three above say 33% he will be a useful piece. I think the rest of his game is fine.

99% of rookies don't contribute to winning. Not even Lebron or KG did. But you at least hope they pass the eye test on belonging in the league. Culver just looked lost. But he clearly looks more like an NBA player so far. Great, keep it up

If Harden is traded and Houston want to build for the future we should probably make a move for Tucker.
Christ I forgot he played in Greece...

Good for them getting a win, might be the only one for a bit here. What a massive hole at PF, like we all expected. Was a bad matchup for layman but still him and juancho did nothing in 20ish minutes. Anthony Edwards had a pretty good game 1, he will have some rough shooting nights from an efficiency standpoint.

Rookies don't get the benefit of the whistle but if Edwards realizes he can libe at the line he will be just fine. With that build, he should be hammering his way to the rim while he works out his jumper.

Our scorers all had decent points. Didn't see the stats because I was at work

Itís only two games, but Wiseman is looking exactly like I thought. 3/4 from 3ís today, 8 boards and 3 blocks. Gladly would have ran with twin tower stretch bigs and had something different than the rest of the league. I do like Anthony Edwards though. He had a nice performance, I just didnít think we needed another Wing. Hopefully he becomes what we need. But I canít help but wonder what this team would look like with Wiseman and Towns.
