    there's nothing to gain in miami. there's no way he feels a potential sense of service or unfulfilled prophecy. there's no way he feels like he owes anything to the fans, city or team. nor should he. it's not his home. there's no story there. it's just miami. there's nothing there for him anymore. nothing to be gained. you can't pretend they are similar scenarios.

    Wasn't the story that Ariza and someone else were told not to sign in Cle with the assumption that Lebron was staying? I don't think those kind of guys would put them over the top but you never know on a team with LBJ.
