But if you can surround LeBron with a team that allows him to be a Magic Johnson type player, his value is unprecedented. You just can't have LeBron being the main guy at age 34 expecting him to drop 25-30 points with a triple double. He can probably get you 20-8-8 but 34 is really old for a guy who right now, has the mileage comparable to a 38 year old.
Lebron though is so far ahead of everyone in the "blessed" department, that he will be basically the same player he is now at 34. And if he is able to work on his jumpshot and 3 ball more he will could be even more effective. If it was any other player I would fully agree with you, I Id bet that at 34 he is still the biggest strongest and fastest player in the league at his position. And still the best combination of size speed and power in the league. The dude is almost like another species. He is truly one of a kind in the god given ability department. To dominate the way he does with such a broken jump shot is stupid.

Wade said the same thing. It doesn't mean he is Wade, just recognising his talent.
“It’s about winning,” Stoudemire said. “You win, you’re going to get on national TV. Simple. In Phoenix, we won — Western Conference finals three, four years, playoffs every year. We won. If you don’t win, nobody really wants to see you.”

OKC has been terribly inefficient this hole series. The Cavs will be shooting a much higher percentage. As good as KD and Westbrook are, Westy is out of control 50% of the time and KD never saw a shot he didn't like. The Cavs play much smarter basketball than that.

Just going to point out that each team that Cleveland has faced each round has had more wins that each team that Golden State has.

Detroit won more games than Houston (44 to 41)
Atlanta won more games than Portland (48 to 44)
Toronto won more games than OKC (56 to 55)

If Cleveland has had a cakewalk, it's because they are in complete sync when they need to be. Toronto was able to get a couple wins, but the other teams had fairly decent chances too. Atlanta and Detroit were up late in multiple games, but Cleveland just pulled through. Both teams are very good (especially the Atlanta Hawks, who did win 60 games the previous season, and while losing 12 more this year, were still very balanced).

Not every team that seemed to have a cakewalk dealt with weak teams. Look at the 2001 Lakers, the team murdered everyone they faced, and they weren't even the 1 seed

It's a moot point because 60 wins in the east isn't the same as 60 wins in the west

I know your playing, but I really do miss Lee. The man was a double double machine, something Green has never been. All those games where Curry and Klay were cold and we struggled offensively, those were the games we could count on Lee to put up 20-25 points in the paint.

It's sad most Dubs fans don't appreciate what Lee did for this franchise

These records are invalid, if you were to switch those teams conferences, then you'd have:

DET 30 wins vs HOU 50 wins
ATL 40 wins vs POR 55 wins
TOR 45-50 wins vs OKC 60-65 wins

    OKC-CLE-POR-HOU>>>>>CLE-TOR-MIA-ATL

In fact MIA and ATL would have both lost in the 1st round LOL

Bottom line, the East is a joke
    LAKERS
    PACKERS
    DODGERS
    FC BARCELONA
    USC TROJANS

I don't know man, the East didn't have any elite teams outside of Cleveland but the teams were better on the whole. You look at the bottom feeders conference records too. East had 2 teams with 20 or less wins vs the conference while the West had 6. If you put those 3 West teams into the East then they wouldn't have the Lakers to beat the crap out of anymore either.

Oh man. I love all the "Cavs are gonna get swept/destroyed/annihilated by GS in the finals" comments.

Thanks bot for the good memories.
