    Looks like crickets at the deadline today, I don't even see any rumors or mentions of teams contacting anyone for trades.

    It was not a sellers market because most teams looking to sell were looking to shed salary. The Vikes likely had offers but were Day 3 picks as that's all teams were willing to give up.

    Yep and the way he is playing the Vikes would have had to have had a pretty good offer. I don't blame them as it's looking more and more like Reiff could actually stick around. I thought for sure he would be a cap casualty due to just average play but he's probably put together his best season so far of his career (at least with us).

    I could certainly see us giving McKinley a look...but the guys we have have been doing fairly well (not that it's resulted in the sacks we're used to)

    so I noticed Cutter on the Covid list....so who's our backup long snapper with Jared Allen gone? lol

    He had 13 sacks his first 2 years combined in a part time role. Atlanta already declined his 2021 option so he's a FA after the season. I'm guessing we won't put in a claim on him since it's already week 10.

    Very interested for the reasoning behind his release. It was pretty obvious that he would be on the bench but I thought his versatility as a backup would be valuable down the stretch and with Covid hitting a surge again.
