    Knives Out, 9/10

Really good and clever movie. De Armas is great in it, as is Craig. Not sure whether I like this one or Parasite better now. Keep going back and forth.

    Terminator Dark Fate: 5/10
The best of the Terminator sequels for whatever that is worth. Same **** basically but better action and interesting choices they go that, while do not always work, at least made it feel different. Better characters too.

    1917: 9/10
Great movie. Of course it's technical achievements deserve a ton of praise but intensity and mood of it was more than enough to suck me in.

Come as you are. 8/10. About 3 disabled guys going on a road trip to a whore house in Canada. It was entertaining and kind of endearing. I think you can catch it on Amazon.

    Baby Driver, 8/10

Excellent action movie with some solid actors and heady car chases.

I loved the first half of Baby Driver, the last half fell off a cliff for me.

It def changes tone midway. Goes from relatively lighthearted fun to pretty dark.

    Birds Of Prey: 5/10

Deadpool-esque kind of story telling with a really spotty plot and humor that does not always land. Margot Robbie was great.

    Dolittle: 3/10

About as terrible as I expected. Really young kids might like this but for anyone over say 7 or 8 it probably won't connect.

    The Gentlemen 8/10

Finally got around to seeing Guy Ritchie's latest. Enjoyed it very much. His movies are comfort food for me.

Not very good at all. Basically every character is no more than a caricature. Kind of an interesting idea for a movie but very poor execution.

Fell asleep trying to watch this the other night but it seemed pretty good. Maybe I'll finish it here shortly.

Yeah it was too much of "do you get it" type of humor. Tee hee he said snowflake. The premise is interesting and something I ascribe to when it comes to political division but way too obvious.

Yeah, way obvious and lazy attempts at humor and edginess.

Generally not much of a war movie fan but this was pretty good. Simple story mainly revolving around 1-2 characters. Excellent cinematography and general look, despite showing the absolute brutality of war.
