@WojYahooNBA: Sources: Sanders walks away w/ approximately half of original $44M deal. NBA isn't in his immediate future. He needs time on personal issues

    Sounds right.

He needs to sit out the rest of the season and come back next fall totally focused in the best shape of his life, willing to sign the Mid-Level and earn a new contract for the summer of 2016.

I wonder who will take a shot in this guy, and for how much. With the right attitude and mindset he could be a huge upgrade for teams out there

Same rules apply to him as everyone else, you think Josh Smith or Kendrick Perkins shouldn't play either? I don't get why he'd accept the buyout if he wasn't planning on signing elsewhere.

Because he doesn't want to be involved in basketball in anyway. Makes plenty sense to me.
I am the hero PSD deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

There's a difference when you can mutually agree on a buy out but what he did i agree with lakerfans he shouldn't be able to sign till his contract is up

No team should want anything to do with him. The guy just walked away from $22m to play basketball... He obviously doesn't wanna do that for a career.
