    Lines On Offense:
    Tomas Tatar-Henrik Zetterberg-Justin Abdelkader

    Darren Helm-Pavel Datsyuk-Gustav Nyquist

    Luke Glendening-Riley Sheahan-Drew Miller

    Stephen Weiss-Joakim Andersson-Tomas Jurco

    On defense:

    Niklas Kronwall-Jonathan Ericsson

    Kyle Quincey-Danny DeKeyser

    Brendan Smith-Alexey Marchenko

    -Jimmy Howard starting

Babs said those were the lines at practice. He may or may not be using those specific ones though. Hope the Wings win so when I get out of class I'll have something to look forward to.

I think the wings have controlled play for the most part thus far. Its been a slow-methodical back and forth kind of game though.

So I'm out of class and I see its 0-0. Definitely not what I thought this game would be like. It seems like it has a playoff vibe to it

And that's game. Shame that a Detroit sports team once again blows a close game.

    3 game skid

Damnit, not what we needed going into this tough road trip.

It may mean something or it may not but we are now 0-5 vs. Tampa and Montreal. That is starting to worry me that we might not be ready and we don't have what it takes to beat them. Granted 3 losses were close.

We are also 3-3 versus the penguins, rangers and islanders. Most of those were close. So overall 3-8 against the best in our conference overall.

So the question becomes: do they ride out the year as is, and go for it next year (improve team in offseason with trades, FA signing, bringing in Mantha and/or Larkin), or do they go balls out and make a splash at the deadline this year? This road trip will go a long way in determining that IMO
