Signed the same extention as Kyle Lowry I think. At this time, maybe a little overpaid (well when his contract becomes close to the MLE in two years with the cap rise, it won't matter lol), but if it keeps up the uprising of the team, then it's money well spent. Also, he obviously has a higher ceiling than Kyle (who's probably reached his).

Kemba has to become a little more efficient on the offensive end though. 39% shooting is pretty bad. Having Stephenson around him though, will help take some pressure off, so I can envision him shooting in the low to mid 40s this year.

Solid deal considering the inflated contracts being thrown around nowadays.

At first glance you think "wow, major overpay." But factor in the new NBA deal and this will be a really solid deal if Kemba maintains at his current progression

I thought he could command a little closer to what Bledsoe got but not bad.

Glad to see he got paid. Like others said, when the new salary cap gets enforced this will look like a pretty sweet deal for them.

Wasn't the offer for Rubio 4/48? I wonder if this contract affects Rubio in any way.
