I thought they ended roster expansion.

I thought roster expansion was ended last year due to covid (short season, expanded rosters and no minors) and their alternate cites, I could be wrong.

Are you guys confusing the active roster?

Each team is still allowed to have up to 40 players under major-league contracts, and active rosters are now normally 26 players, with a limited expansionóto 28 playersófrom September 1 through the end of the regular season.

Thanks for clarifying, Sasky. I was under the impression September call-ups were a thing of the past.

    I agree.

BA is like that though. Difficult to drop off the list - same can be said jumping into the top 100. Also 101 - 150 and the bottom of the top 100 are pretty much interchangeable. In the end it's just a ranking

The Jays have 8 prospects in BAís top 100. Pearson still listed. Itís behind a paywall so I donít have a link.

Pretty exciting farm. If half of them pan out that'd be huge for the team.

Wow. And FWIW I think Pearson is over rated and Manoah and Moreno are underrated.

I think the cancellation of the minors last season had a big impact on this list and scouting in general so some adjustments were due.

I agree on both Manoah and Moreno. Saw some clips of Moreno in NH and he looks really good right now - best bat in that lineup. Pearson we all know, the rest of the rankings look about right.
