    Knicks/Wizards on Christmas Day

    https://twitter.com/FisolaNYDN/statu...42824427003904

It's certainly an odd choice. Any guesses on the rest of the schedule?

Knicks/Lakers would have been my guess, just so Lin could play in NY again and have teh 2 mega markets.

but I can see them wanting those two separated (but both still playing that day).

    DANTONI IS:
    -HORRIBLE out of timeouts
    -HORRIBLE D
    -Too many 3's
-PF is pushed to the 3 point line
    -Doesn't play BIGS
    -Dog Houses players
-HORRIBLE management of players and motivation

Go out on your front lawn, take a dump and see how long your neighbors will talk about that little slice of life. That's what Mike D did to this franchise./QUOTE]

Knicks are on because they're the Knicks. Thats obvious. Washington is up and coming and is a decent market (I assume).

Maybe the NBA is trying to generate a rivalry between the two. Washington have such a bright future, exposing them to the public a lot will increase their popularity.
    Go Knicks!

Why Wizards though? You would think NBA would try and do a Chicago vs NYK instead..

Eh...I think that's a waste of a slot for a Christmas Day game.

    CLE @ MIA
    LAC @ GSW
    HOU @ LAL
    NYK/OKC @ CHI

I think that would have been a nice lineup.

^^^ there are quite a few games on Christmas day. CHI will probably play CLE or MIA, OKC, LAC, HOU and Dall instead. While NYK vs CHI would get better ratings. They will get great ratings from 2 teams instead.

    12pm: Knicks/Wizards

2pm: Clippers/Nets (KG vs Doc Rivers for the final time) or GS/LAC (the grudge match)

    5pm: Cavs/Heat (LeBron returns)

8pm: Spurs/Bulls (Parker vs Rose; Duncan vs Gasol)

    10:30: Thunder/Lakers (Durant vs Kobe)

That's probably what the lineup will look like.

Well, it's nice that the NBA gives the Wiz a high-profile national game with an easy win.

Wizards vs Raptors would of been a good choice. Two up and coming teams in the east, plus they usually have some exciting games.
