I think I would rather have Bayless. Hes on a expiring and Jack has looked pretty bad on a fresh new deal. I would be pretty happy with a Bynum for Bayless swap.

Read yet another Josh Smith for Gordon.

This time it would be something like Smith/Stuckey for Gordon/Sessions and one of MKG/Zeller/Henderson.

Saw that too. Getting MKG would be sweet, would make losing our first less hurtful. I doubt Charlotte will deal Zeller this early though.

Yeah id prolly want Zeller because that would potentially be our best big man rotation since Ben/Sheed/Mcdyess.

But id be perfectly happy with MKG.

Why in the Hell would we trade Smith for Gordon? That's an *** backwards deal in my opinion...that guy on DBB is full of it. Of course if they throw in a guy like Kidd-Gilchrist or Zeller now it's something to consider, but a straight up deal is ridiculous.

    1. Greg Monroe to the Thunder
Thunder acquire: Greg Monroe, Rodney Stuckey, and Kyle Singler
Pistons acquire: Jeremy Lamb, Steven Adams, Perry Jones, Kendrick Perkins, and an unprotected 2015 first round pick

The primary motivation for this hypothetical deal isn’t to accommodate Josh Smith in Detroit, but to alleviate what could be a tricky long-term pairing between Monroe and Andre Drummond. Youth and talent alone don’t ensure their compatibility; over the last two seasons, the tandem of Monroe and Drummond has yielded results ranging from passable to disastrous depending on other lineup particulars. That doesn’t give me much confidence from a teambuilding standpoint, particularly with Monroe set for a massive pay increase as a restricted free agent this summer.

I dunno...we could get A LOT more than that kind of a deal package for Monroe. Sure getting Lamb, Adams, PJ3, and a pick is a perk, and I also acknowledge that not all trades turn out to be even Steven, but absolutely in no way do those three combined would match the kind of talent that Monroe brings, even if it's to alleviate the frontcourt a bit.
