Better Career: Tony Parker or Chauncey Billups?

Who has had the better career? Advanced statistics seem to favor Billups. What is the general consensus between the two?

    it's really close.

i'll give billups the slightest edge because he is the clearly superior defender...and that's not worth overlooking.

Overall I will take Billups, but if Parker continues for 2 more years at this level, I'll pick him. Obviously Parker is in a great situation, but I can't count that against him.

Tough question. My gut says Parker. I've thought for the longest time he's one of the most underrated players in the NBA.

Tony Parker has at minimum two years left at his current production. Will Parker be the obvious answer if he keeps this up for three more years?

    Parker.
He's younger, has won more, has the same number of finals MVPs, more rings, more wins, more all star apperances....

Parker is actually getting better, oddly enough.

this is tough. Billups was the better player, and had plenty of success. But Parker won a finals MVP, and walked into a dream situation.

Great comparison honestly. Billups by a smidge. Why couldn't Terrell Brandon have gone down 1 year before he did? Damnit.

If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

Better career? Stupid question. Tony Park has 3 rings. Chauncey has 1. A greater career is defined by success of the team.

Who was the better player in their primes? That's closer but I still pick Parker.
