    Rays lose a heartbreaker tonight.

Umpire calls Zobrist out on a pitch that was clearly a ball to end any potential comeback.

    Worst call ever? discuss.

That was the worst ball/strike call I've ever seen.

No doubt. But there is little doubt in my mind that there will be more outrageous calls made during the course of the season.

Price is really struggling. There needs to be a pitcher to step up and take the slack like James Shields used to do. Cobb, and Moore are looking good. They look to me like the best pitchers on the squad so far. Hellickson is meh and Hernendez is on and off.

Man I can't wait for Scott and Myers to come up and give some life back into our offense.

Matt Moore has been awesome so far! I'm excited to see what he can do this year.

Rays prospect Hak-Ju Lee suffered torn ligaments in his left knee Saturday in a game at Triple-A Durham.
The young shortstop is unlikely to return this season, according to Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times. It's a tough blow for Lee, who was hitting .419 through Durham's first 14 games. He is one of the Rays' top prospects, and it's only a matter of time before his defense gets him to the major leagues. Unfortunately, that debut will now likely be delayed until 2014.
Awful news. I was really looking forward to seeing him later this year.

Damn he was off to such a good start also. Hopefully he can be healthy for the start of next year
