NHL Mock Trade Deadline Sign-Ups Thread

For those of you who who have not participated in a mock trade deadline, basically you get to be the GM or co-GM, of one of the NHL franchises, you get to make trades and whatever you want within the rules, its your team, just fill out the form below. The rules and all that cool jazz will be up later.

Please note that it is not first come first serve, and also people who want to co with other people might have to take their own team if not enough people sign up.
