I guess vegas thinks Melo is a top 5 player now to. His odds changed from +2000 to +600

Melo is the best player in the NBA hands down. His odds should be -9000.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.

Vegas changes odds depending on the action. Safe to say that Knicks fans went wild after than one game and probably as a fanbase bet a lot on Melo to win MVP.

The Melo narrative here is obvious considering how he's played the first two games.....

Im not going to say melo is going to win the mvp but if he keeps this up he would be right up there with bron, kd and kobe. We have tye perfect system around him and if we win alot of games it will be hard not to consider him for mvp but lets wait and see.

I'd put money on Melo never winning an MVP in his career before I ever put a penny on him winning one.

Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III, and Colin Kaepernick walk into a bar... To watch Russell Wilson win the Super Bowl.

Love the way he's been playing but I would never throw my money on him getting that MVP award with Lebron in the league. Just seems like an easy way to lose your money

There are so many more useful things you could have bought with a 100 bucks than basically throw it down the drain. Nice.

lol exactly I'm sorry but there's too many things I like to buy for me to pour $100 on Melo winning MVP. He's a great player but he's not winning that honor unless Knicks are #1-#2 seed at the end of the season

Which is why nearly every player/coach or NBA exec will give Melo his proper due, and every idiot poster on here spouts out what they hear from Charles Barkley.
