Chris Paul says he'll consider signing with Bobcats next year

    http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=6336690

I can't see the Hornets not trading him within the next year. It just wouldn't make sense to lose him for nothing. And with a team that has a 45-46 win ceiling like the Hornets, I can't see Paul staying.

correct me if i'm wrong, but isn't NC was chris paul's hometown? maybe he wants to return home, like anthony did in ny.

This is the most logical reasoning behind this.
    That's about it though.

In 2012 all Charlotte has to give Paul is Stephen Jackson, Tyrus Thomas, Diop/Carroll will both accept their play options, Henderson, White.

Then you have to factor in all the draft picks they have from the Crash trade and DJ will need an extension.

If MJ was a competent FO man this could turn out good for Charlotte but I highly doubt Paul would leave NO when their are clearly better options for him like NY.

Because he wants to go back to his hometown. A new trend Melo will probably start in the NBA.

If he's serious, then that would be pretty awesome for the NBA. Parity is seriously lacking.

Andrew Luck, Robert Griffin III, and Colin Kaepernick walk into a bar... To watch Russell Wilson win the Super Bowl.

Bobcats need him for sure. It would really help bring relevance to this franchise.

I think he'll definietly leave N.O, I don't think it'll be for the Bobcats. Besides he wants to play in NY, i'm not saying we'll get him, but you can tell. I'll toast to that.
