    Ok so this is the deal... At the moment we have 11 signed up... I see that everybody is still active on the PSD Forums except for star... His "Last Activity" on the forums is from almost three months ago...What is even more important star wasn't active for the last 2-3 months of last season, so I'd suggest that he be removed from the league... If anyone has an objection, you can write here...

    Also I have suggestion for next season that anybody that is not active throughout the end of the season, as well as THE LAST TWO TEAMS in the standings, are kicked out from next season's league...

    Today I'll contact Dol-fan, but unfortunately I have no idea how we can get in touch with secterm... Last year he was constantly active so it'll be a loss if we lose him this season in the PSD Raptors Fans League.

    Either way, I'd like to make the league 16 members, for which we would need 3-4 new managers... If you have any ideas I'm open to suggestions... The simple criteria would have to be that they're active on the PSD Forums and obviously in the Toronto Raptors Forum...

    As far as the keepers go, you can say in this thread which keepers you have decided on... You have a chance to choose two keepers, one keeper, or to start the season without a keeper...

    The Draft Order will follow last years' rules... First on the list would be the new members, and then the order will depend on last year's placement (as per the inverted standings)...

    Finally you can see below the League Settings, so if you have any suggestions or comments for any changes let me know!

    DRAFT RULES

    1. All current owners are allowed to keep no more than two players on their current roster. It's their choice on whether they want to keep two, one or no players!

    2. For every player an owner keeps, they lose a draft pick. If an owner keeps one player they lose their 1st round pick. It the owner keeps two players they lose their 1st and 2nd round picks!

    3. All new owners begin the draft in the first round just like any ordinary league. Only the keeper picks will be off limits!

    4. The deadline for keeper selection is 3 days (72 hours) before the draft!

    5. Post keeper picks in HERE. You may use a 'keeper tag' on a player no more than two consecutive times!

    I thought friday and saturday nights would be the worst days. Don't people want to go out those nights? I picked wednesday kindof randomly but at the same time I thought guys would be prepared to stay in because Raptors play most wednesdays.

    I just looked at the last years' rule...
    And I changed the draft order... The new guys went down!
