Chris Leroux threw a scoreless inning tonight for the Jupiter Hammerheads. Leroux, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list on May 19 with a right elbow strain, will probably make a few more rehab appearances before being activated from the disabled list. Once activated Leroux likely will be optioned back to Triple-A New Orleans.
The Canada native has a 6.60 ERA in 14 relief appearances for the Marlins this season.
