Not big? I don't know many rookies who started their career at 6'8 and 240 LBS.

Barnes is more lean, which reminds me of T-Mac.

his teammate mcdermott was trying to get barnes to join him at Norther Iowa...its too bad the big guys like this don't go to the smaller schools more often and build programs that way

Probably because he's a tall and lanky black guy with a big wingspan that played in the McDonald's All-American game.

The kid did a better job answering q's than the interviewer did asking them.

I watched a Harrison Barnes high school game on ESPN. I really wasn't that impressed. No way is he the next Kobe.

Decent NBA career. Got a ring. Going to make $160 million at least. No LeBron/Kobe/Hill though.

He was a hot debate topic in the Warriors forum. I wasnít a fan. Thought he was a reverse version of Deng. Above average on offense. Average on defense. Tho it was a little more nuanced than that at the time. Basically a very good role player just not special.

I really wanted Drummond. Thought he would be perfect to sit behind Bogut for a year. Learn but also be cover for Bogut who had an extensive injury history and was on the last year of his deal.

He def turned out to be the better of the two but things worked out better as is.

Above average role player that had the tools to be so much more. Just not the fire.
