I thought the NBA was all about giving any player their opportunity?

The NBA doesn't **** around. Apparently only certain players can enter the Draft despite there being yearly numerous guys with no business even declaring.

He was happy about it. All they did was give him attention by actually refusing him, it made him unique.

    Titus is awesome

I wonder why the NBA doesn't screen draft applicants and decide for themselves who belongs and who doesn't.. seems to be a better why to do things than having to ask someone to withdraw.
