Your Front-Runner for MVP as of now?

Which player in your opinion has been putting up great #'s and has helped their team stay solid?

I'd have to say Steve Nash, he's off to a great start and so are the Phoneix Suns. I had many doubt on the Suns, but it seem that their pulling through.

    I'd say Nash.

yea I agree. If Nash can get this team to win +50 games when they really have no business winning 40, he should finish no less than top 3 MVP. Kobe has done well, giving the Lakers a hot start in spite of injuries to his two budding all-star big men, but his team is far more talented, and Nash has simply been as good as he ever was.

    As of now:

    1) Steve Nash
    2) Dirk Nowitzki
    3) Kobe Bryant
    4) Chris Bosh
    5) Carmelo Anthony

But its a young season, and I'm quite sure that top 5 will look very different by the end of the season.

People don't seem to realize that Paul is averaging over 26ppg right now. As for Bosh I'm very skeptical with him cause he's done the same thing last year and then cooled off after his hot start. His team also isn't particularly good. Then again, neither are the Hornets atm.

I actually just looked up Paul's stats. Very impressive, not only 26 ppg but also 10 apg .

After 7 games I'd have to say Bosh, Nash, or Paul would get the nod in my opinion. Homer pick: D. Will

Wade, the Heat are one of the best defensive teams in the league in the early going and Wade has been key, along with improved efforts from Beasley and a healthier Jermaine. Is it sustainable? **** no, but right now he deserves credit for what hes done.
