    Scott Richmond vs. AJ Burnett

Richmond's stats exclude his relief appearances.

    AJ Burnett (2009 Salary - $16,500,000):

    6-4 3.98 ERA 1.37 WHIP 1.96 K/BB 6.27 IP/Start (105 Pitches/Start)

    Scott Richmond (2009 Salary - $402,300):

    6-3 3.64 ERA 1.16 WHIP 2.68 K/BB 5.97 IP/Start (93 Pitches/Start)

Kind of makes up for over-paid guys like Ryan.

Wow! Awesome work by Arnsberg! Keep finding diamonds in the rough. But can Tallet and Richmond keep it up? I hope so...

But bear in mind that A.J.'s offensive support is much more fearsome than the Jays, except maybe Hill and Lind.

So its a steep climb ahead.

I just hope Wells and Rios start hitting the ball like they are suppose to and we stop letting scrubs shut us out then we will have a good shot.
